The great thing about written wellness content like this is that employees are more likely to look at it.
If they’re on their break and want to kill some time, they can read the newsletter and get the wellness information that it contains. Do this for every employee each time they win a competition. As more pictures get added to the Wall of Fame, more employees will be encouraged to try harder so they can get their name and picture on the Wall of Fame too.
